INDUSTRIAL CYCLONES
Since it was founded, Airecon Manufacturing has specialized in the design and fabrication of Custom Industrial Cyclones. We offer four models that cover a wide range of applications from Product Receiving to Pre-Separation for a Dust Collector. We also offer a variety of sizes and materials of construction – including painted carbon steel, galvanized steel, food-grade stainless steel and abrasion-resistant steel.
Cyclone accessories include access doors, inlet/outlet transitions, storage or surge hoppers, rotary airlock feeders, structural supports, viewports, removable wear sections, internal lining, and external insulation.

Cyclone Models
Model T4/1 Low Energy
Ideal for handling very high material rates and low bulk-density materials such as paper trim, corrugated waste, etc. Low energy requirements and moderate collecting efficiency size make this cyclone a versatile workhorse.
Model T3/1 General Purpose
Most efficient for handling materials having a low bulk density at moderate loading rates. Ideal as a woodshop dust collector.
Model T2/1 High Efficiency
This model attains very high collection efficiency, below 10-micron particle size, when operated at a pressure drop of 6.0 in. W.G. and higher.
Model HCS Horizontal Centrifugal Separator
Compact and low energy, moderate efficiency centrifugal collector. This model is ideal as a primary collector when handling highly abrasive or bulky materials. Abrasion-resistant wear liners and bottom hoppers are common options.
